Peppers.

Privacy policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

The short version

We collect nothing. Peppers has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no servers of ours. We cannot see your journal, and we would not want to.

Your journal

Everything you type in Peppers is stored on your device. If your device has an iCloud account, your journal syncs through your own private iCloud database, encrypted under your Apple Account, on Apple’s infrastructure. We have no access to it. Deleting the app and its iCloud data removes your journal entirely.

Reminders

Reminders you create are scheduled locally on your device and never leave it.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details. Apple’s privacy policy governs those transactions.

Export

CSV export creates a file on your device that you choose where to send. Nothing is sent anywhere by Peppers itself.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the change will be posted here with a new date. The commitment above is the product: no accounts, no analytics, no access to your journal. Do not expect it to change.
